  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic
  • To Taste sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
  • To Taste sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 3 Slices Bacon Pre cooked and Crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Green Chile Diced


  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Cut Zucchini in Half
  • Cut into 6 pieces and Scoop out centers
  • Drizzle Oil and Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, Salt, and Pepper
  • Put in Oven for 6-10 mins to soften and Partially cook zucchini
  • Add Pre Cooked Bacon Crumbles and Cheddar Cheese 
  • Put back in oven for 10 mins to melt Cheese
  • Top with Sour Cream and Green Chile
