Ingredients

  • 1 cup Erythritol
  • ¾ cup Butter softened
  • 8 Eggs Large
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cup Almond Flour Super Fine
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp Baking Powder

Frosting

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • ¾ cup Erythritol Powdered
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven 350f

Frosting

  •  Combine Ingredients and Mix

Cake

  • Mix the Butter and Erythritol until combined
  • Mix in Eggs 1 @ A Time
  • Add Unsweetened Almond Milk and Vanilla Extract
  • Mix
  • Add Almond Flour, Coconut Flour and Baking Powder
  • Mix
  • Fill a well oiled 8" springform pan
  • Bake for 40-50 mins, Top will be golden brown and feel spongy
