Fat Head Dough
- 2 tbls Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella
- 1 large Egg
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
Toppings
- 1/4 cup Marinara *low carb
- 1/2 cup Sausage Meat
- 1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese
Combine the Cream Cheese and Mozzarella
Melt over Medium Heat either stove or microwave
Add the Egg and Coconut Flour Mix
Spread between 2 sheets of Parchment Paper
Bake @ 400f for 15 mins
Put toppings on Pizza
Continue Baking @ 400f until the cheese is melted
