Chimichurri Sauce

A very satisfying sauce that is a great addition to so many plates. Chimichurri sauce is similar to pesto with a bit of spice and tang that tastes delicious!   • 1 Jalapeno peppers finely chopped, remove seeds for less spice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup cilantro fresh
  • ½ cup parsley fresh
  • ½ cup oregano fresh
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil


  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Peppers For more spice


  • Combine jalapeno, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a blender
  • Blend until chopped
  • Let sit 10 minutes.
  • Add in cilantro, parsley, oregano, crushed red peppers and oil.
  • Blend for another few minutes
  • Store in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use
