  • 6 large Pickles
  • ¼ lbs Salami
  • ¼ lbs Turkey
  • 6 slices Swiss
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • .5 tbsp Mustard
  • .25 tsp Salt
  • .25 tsp Pepper
  • .25 cup Fresh Basil


  • Slice Pickles in half lengthwise
  • In bowl  add Mayonnaise, Mustard, salt and pepper then whisk until combined.
  • Use sauce on lower half of pickles add Salami or Turkey, a slice of cheese, a few basil leaves and top with upper half of pickles. Use toothpick to secure... Enjoy!
