Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

- 15 Spears Asparagus trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3 Slices Havarti Cheese or Provolone
- 3 Slices Prosciutto
Trim Asparagus 5-7 inches long
Spread out on a baking sheet
Pour Avocado Oil over Asparagus and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
Cut Havarti and Prosciutto in half lengthwise
Put 3 spears Asparagus around a 1/2 slice of havarti then Wrap the 3 spears with a 1/2 slice Prosciutto
Broil for 3 Mins then Flip and Broil for another 3-5 minutes
