Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cranberries
  • 1 cup Low Carb Powdered Sweetener I use Powdered Erythritol
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Bring the Cranberries, Water, Powdered Sweetener and vanilla Extract to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce forms about 15 mins
  • Don't forget to stir :)

Notes

Optional **  add orange zest or peels before boiling and top with fresh mint for looks :)
