  • 4 Cups Broccoli
  • 3 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
  • 1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt

Optional Topping

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sour Cream


  • Heat Oil in saucepan, then add Garlic
  • Add Broccoli, Chicken Broth, Butter and Cream to saucepan bring to boil then reduce heat and cook for 10 mins or until broccoli is tender.
  • Remove from heat, add Spinach, Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper
  • Carefully while hot add mixture to blender and puree until smooth
  • Serve in bowl, Optionally topped with sour cream and a dash of lemon juice
