
Spooky Deviled Eggs
A Halloween recipe for low carb dieters
Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs (Hard Cooked)
- 18 medium olives
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
- 1 Tbsp pimentos (24 Diced pieces )
Instructions
Deviled Eggs
- Hard Cook eggs by boiling, steaming or baking then Cool and Peel
- Cut Eggs in half and place yolks in a bowl
- Combine Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Salt and Pepper with the yolks
- Spoon the yolk back into the egg whites
Spiders
- Cut 6 Olives in half lengthwise put aside (12 halves) for the spider body
- Cut 12 more olives in half lengthwise then Cut each of those halves lengthwise into 3 pieces for the spider legs
- add 6 legs to each body on the Deviled Eggs
- Use 2 pimentos for eyes
