Ingredients

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Muffin

  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Eggs

Instructions

Pumpkin Frosting

  • Combine Frosting Ingredients and Mix

Pumpkin Spice Muffin

  • Combine Mozzarella, Almond Flour and Cream Cheese
  • Microwave 60 Seconds
  • Mix
  •   Let cool slightly
  • Add Baking Powder, Pumpkin Spice, Erythritol and Egg MIx Well
  • Bake @ 400f for 8-10 minutes

    A Tbsp of baking soda is WAY TOO MUCH.

      Yes it is.. good catch is supposed to be baking powder in that recipe

    Where’s the ingredient list for the muffins? There’s only one ingredient list and that’s for the frosting.
