  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cups baby spinach


  • Season both sides of the pork chops with ground pepper and salt. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook through, remove from pan and keep warm
  • Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until soft (5 mins)
  • Add heavy cream, oregano, parmesan, and pepper flakes then bring to a simmer and cook until thickened (3 mins) Add spinach and cook until wilted (3 mins)
  • Add pork chops back to pan and reheat (5 mins)
  • Serve and Enjoy!
