Salmon Cucumber Roll Ups
Faux sushi rolls that taste great!
Servings 2 Servings
- 8 oz salmon
- 4 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 3 tbsp dill
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
- combine 4 oz salmon, cream cheese, 2 tbsp dill, ginger and salt if using 4oz smoked salmon add in last.
- Thinly slice cucumber
- Roll up and Serve
