This last week I have been away from my kitchen and I was thinking about quick and easy ways to solve your munchies either on the road or on vacation!
It is overwhelming sometimes.. When you are on a low carb diet sometimes it feels like you have no options when you want a quick snack.
Over the next few weeks I will be making some quick and easy snacks to add to your recipe book.
- 5 slices Salami
- 3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 5-10 Leaves Basil Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Pepperoncini Sliced
- Roll Cream Cheese, Basil, Pepperoncini, Inside a Slice of Salami and Enjoy!
