Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients
 

  • 15 Spears Asparagus (trimmed)
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or Olive Oil)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Slices Havarti Cheese (or Provolone )
  • 3 Slices Prosciutto

Instructions
 

  • Trim Asparagus 5-7 inches long 
  • Spread out on a baking sheet
  • Pour Avocado Oil over Asparagus and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
  • Cut Havarti and Prosciutto in half lengthwise 
  • Put 3 spears Asparagus around a 1/2 slice of havarti then Wrap the 3 spears with a 1/2 slice Prosciutto 
  • Broil for 3 Mins then Flip and Broil for another 3-5 minutes
