Peanut Butter Fat Bomb

Keto recipe for a Fatbomb to help get those macros to where they need to be!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (melted )
  • 1 ½ cup Erythritol (Powdered )
  • 4 oz CaCao Chocolate (100% )

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl add the Peanut Butter, melted butter, Erythritol mix completely
  • Drop by Tablespoon onto a lined baking sheet
  • Chill for 15 mins in the refrigerator
  • In a microwave safe dish heat the Chocolate in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time until melted
  • Drop your rolled peanut butter balls into the chocolate to coat
  • Set on parchment paper until they cool
  • Chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator
  • Enjoy!
