Parmesan Low Carb Chips that are Low Carb and Keto Friendly!

  • 6 oz Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder


  • Preheat oven to 350f
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Spread the Parmesan to a thin layer. OR Make evenly spaced round sections 
  • Sprinkle Garlic and Onion Powder on the layer of Parmesan
  • Bake at 350f 3-5 min 
  • Transfer to Cutting board and Cut into Approx  2 in Squares 
  • Let Cool and Enjoy!
