Zesty Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 32 oz White mushrooms (small button)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cups white wine vinegar
- 1 cup Avocado oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (Coarse)
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1 1/2 tsp basil (dried)
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 Half Pint Mason Jars
Instructions
Musrooms
- GENTLY wash mushrooms
- Add Mushrooms and Lemon juice to a large pot fill with water until mushrooms are covered
- Bring to a boil leave to boil for 5 minutes
- Drain mushrooms separate into 6 half pint jars
Marinade
- In a Saucepan over medium heat bring to a boil the white wine vinegar, avocado oil, garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and red pepper while stirring regularly.
- make sure oil and vinegar is combined then Fill mushroom jars
