Zesty Marinated Mushrooms

This makes a great side dish while your visiting friends, family or anytime really.

  • 32 oz White mushrooms (small button)
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ cups white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Avocado oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt (Coarse)
  • 1 ½ tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1 ½ tsp basil (dried)
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 6 Half Pint Mason Jars



  •  GENTLY wash mushrooms
  • Add Mushrooms and Lemon juice to a large pot fill with water until mushrooms are covered
  • Bring to a boil leave to boil for 5 minutes
  • Drain mushrooms separate into 6 half pint jars


  • In a Saucepan over medium heat bring to a boil the white wine vinegar, avocado oil, garlic, salt, oregano, basil, and red pepper while stirring regularly.
  • make sure oil and vinegar is combined then Fill mushroom jars
