Lets Get that BBQ out and start Grilling using my Low Carb BBQ Sauce!!
Well … Well… Its SUMMER TIME! (at least at the time of writing this) So Dieting during summer is pretty common but it can be hard avoiding the family gatherings then explaining why you cant eat because the meat is slathered in delicious BBQ Sauce… So here it is a Low Carb option that tastes great and can be quickly made.
A few things to know I use NO SUGAR ADDED KETCHUP it taste great in my opinion and lets me skip the whole stovetop cooking of the sauce. You still can mix all this into a pot and simmer for 30 mins to bring out even more flavor I find once you toss this on the BBQ it tastes the same with less effort.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups sugar free ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Swerve
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Instructions
- Its so simple Combine all Ingredients in a Mason jar and Shake! Enjoy!
