Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Swerve
- 3/4 Tsp sea salt or table salt (pinch)
- 3/4 Tsp sea salt or table salt (topper)
Instructions
- In frying pan add butter to melt over medium heat
- Stir constantly the whole time
- The butter will become a golden brown color
- Add the Heavy Whipping Cream
- When it begins to bubble lower the heat to simmer add the Swerve
- Don’t over heat.
- Add a pinch of salt and continue stirring until it begins to look like caramel and thickens
