Keto Salted Caramel

Rich and Creamy Caramel you can have on a keto diet

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Swerve
  • 3/4 Tsp  sea salt or table salt pinch
  • 3/4 Tsp sea salt or table salt topper

Instructions

  • In frying pan add butter to melt over medium heat
  • Stir constantly the whole time
  • The butter will become a golden brown color
  • Add the Heavy Whipping Cream
  • When it begins to bubble lower the heat to simmer add the Swerve
  • Don’t over heat.
  • Add a pinch of salt and continue stirring until it begins to look like caramel and thickens
