So for those who are wondering about this Keto Mousse Recipe…

This is a recipe  that is specifically for the People on a Keto Diet looking for a Fat Bomb or an easy Dessert.

Yes this is so so delicious, and yes it is high in fat. Actually It is very high in fat and high in calories.

If you are on a Low Carb Diet I would not suggest this recipe.

Now beyond that Important Information ….

This is a fantastic little Fat bomb that will help you hit your macros. I would not eat this all the time but if you have a sweet tooth that just needs to be dealt with this might just do it for.

My favorite part is if I need to add a little extra protein I can just add to this to help round out my macros as well!

  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 packet Sugar Free Pudding

Instructions

  1. Put Heavy Whipping Cream in freezer 10 minutes and chill a mixing bowl.

  2. Combine Heavy Whipping Cream and sugar free instant Pudding packet then Mix until Thick

  3. Serve Now or Freeze for later. ENJOY!
