  1. Into a mixing bowl add the flour, xanthan gum, cheese, salt and pepper, cream cheese, and egg then mix to combine.
  2. On Parchment paper sprinkle with almond flour to prevent sticking.
  3. Empty the mixing bowl out on parchment paper and divide dough into 3 equal balls.
  4. On another piece of parchment paper sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Take 1 of the dough balls and flatten it out on top of the Mozzarella cheese.
  6. On one side of the dough place the Cheddar cheese and Bacon, then fold dough over.
  7. Press all around the edge to seal.
  8. Poke with fork to let steam out while cooking.
  9. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
