
Keto French Toast Chaffle
Waking up to some French Toast is amazing, Having a French Toast Chaffle while staying on your keto diet, could just be a dream come true! These French Toast Chaffles are a super simple way to satisfy the sweet tooth without the guilt! If you don't already have one I suggest grabbing a mini waffle maker to make this recipe and so many more!
Equipment
- Mini Waffle Iron
- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- ½ cup mozzarella (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Swerve (confectioner or brown)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon (powder)
- 1 tbsp Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Preheat Your Mini Waffle Iron
- In a small bowl, add the Egg, Shredded Mozzarella cheese, Swerve, Baking Soda, Almond Flour, and Cinnamon and mix thoroughly
- Pour half the mixture into your waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- Repeat with 2nd batch
- Enjoy!

you might want to edit your instructions because you referred to baking power as ....baking soda ...lol

Said baking powder and baking soda so I assumed it was baking powder. Did not taste like French toast won't make again

Are you supposed to use baking powder or baking soda? The ingredients say powder but the directions say soda.
