These French Toast Chaffles are a super simple way to satisfy the sweet tooth without the guilt!   • Mini Waffle Iron
  • Mixing Bowl


  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Swerve (confectioner or brown)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (powder)
  • 1 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder


  • Preheat Your Mini Waffle Iron
  • In a small bowl, add the Egg, Shredded Mozzarella cheese, Swerve, Baking Soda, Almond Flour, and Cinnamon and mix thoroughly
  • Pour half the mixture into your waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
  • Repeat with 2nd batch
  • Enjoy!
