- Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
- 2 tbsp Swerve (confectioner or brown)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (powder)
- 1 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Preheat Your Mini Waffle Iron
- In a small bowl, add the Egg, Shredded Mozzarella cheese, Swerve, Baking Soda, Almond Flour, and Cinnamon and mix thoroughly
- Pour half the mixture into your waffle maker and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- Repeat with 2nd batch
- Enjoy!
