Cinnamon Rolls


Who wants something good to eat?

When you need to cure your sweet tooth or are looking for a treat… Give these Little Cinnamon rolls a try!

Remember when you make these along with any other fathead pastry, you need to use Super fine Almond flour.

  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese ( shredded)
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg ( scrambled)
  • 3 Tbsp Butter ( melted)
  • 3 Tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon


  • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter ( softened)
  • 1 Tbsp Erythritol (powdered)
  • 4 tsp lemon zest


Cinnamon Rolls - Keto

  • Combine in a small bowl cheese, flour and baking soda, and then add cream cheese
  • microwave for 60 Seconds
  • mix
  • microwave 30 Seconds
  • Add scrambled egg and mix well
  • On a piece of floured parchment paper place dough in the center and roll out to ¼ inch thick
  • Spread melted butter on the rolled dough
  • To remaining butter add Erythritol, Cinnamon mix and brush on the dough
  • Roll out lengthwise and cut into 10 pieces
  • Bake at 400 degrees 8 to 10 mins

Cream Cheese Frosting – Keto

  • In a small bowl put the all the ingredients and mix well
  • Top each of the cooled cinnamon rolls
  •  Enjoy
