When you need to cure your sweet tooth or are looking for a treat… Give these Little Cinnamon rolls a try!
Remember when you make these along with any other fathead pastry, you need to use Super fine Almond flour.

Rolls
- 1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese ( shredded)
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 Large Egg ( scrambled)
- 3 Tbsp Butter ( melted)
- 3 Tbsp Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Frosting
- 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Butter ( softened)
- 1 Tbsp Erythritol (powdered)
- 4 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
Cinnamon Rolls - Keto
- Combine in a small bowl cheese, flour and baking soda, and then add cream cheese
- microwave for 60 Seconds
- mix
- microwave 30 Seconds
- Add scrambled egg and mix well
- On a piece of floured parchment paper place dough in the center and roll out to ¼ inch thick
- Spread melted butter on the rolled dough
- To remaining butter add Erythritol, Cinnamon mix and brush on the dough
- Roll out lengthwise and cut into 10 pieces
- Bake at 400 degrees 8 to 10 mins
Cream Cheese Frosting – Keto
- In a small bowl put the all the ingredients and mix well
- Top each of the cooled cinnamon rolls
- Enjoy
