Keto Chicken Chili
Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast (shredded ( 2 chicken breasts))
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed and diced)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ tsp Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 5 oz Green Chilies (diced)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
Instructions
- Dice up the Bell peppers, jalapenos, and garlic
- Saute for 5 mins over medium high heat
- Add the green chilies and chicken broth
- Add the Oregano Cumin and Onion powder
- Bring to simmer, then add cream cheese and Heavy whipping cream
- Mix in the shredded chicken and cook for another 5 mins
- Serve and enjoy!
