Keto Chicken Chili

This chili gives you a break from a more traditonal style yet is so delicious with lots of chicken and pepper chunks you might just start making this a regular keto meal, I know I have! With only 8g of Net Carbs per serving it is well worth it. What kind of Keto chili is your favorite?

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Chicken Breast (shredded ( 2 chicken breasts))
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed and diced)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 5 oz Green Chilies (diced)
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)

Instructions
 

  • Dice up the Bell peppers, jalapenos, and garlic
  • Saute for 5 mins over medium high heat
  • Add the green chilies and chicken broth
  • Add the Oregano Cumin and Onion powder
  • Bring to simmer, then add cream cheese and Heavy whipping cream
  • Mix in the shredded chicken and cook for another 5 mins
  • Serve and enjoy!
