Keto Cheesy Biscuits

With a few ingredients, you can make these great Biscuits or Muffins if that is what you want to call them. They are a great snack and easy to pack for an on the go treat.

  • cup cake tin
  • cupcake liners


  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Parmasean Chease
  • 1 tsp Parsley (dried)


  • Melt butter
  • Add Almond flour, Sour Cream, Eggs, Salt, Baking powder, and Garlic to the melted butter.
  • Mix
  • Add White Cheddar Cheese and mix
  • Use non stick cupcake liners or oil pan
  • Put batter into cupcake tin
  • Top with Parmesan and Parsley
  • Bake at 400f for 8-10 mins
