
Keto Cheesy Biscuits
With a few ingredients, you can make these great Biscuits or Muffins if that is what you want to call them. They are a great snack and easy to pack for an on the go treat.
Equipment
- cup cake tin
- cupcake liners
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parmasean Chease
- 1 tsp Parsley (dried)
Instructions
- Melt butter
- Add Almond flour, Sour Cream, Eggs, Salt, Baking powder, and Garlic to the melted butter.
- Mix
- Add White Cheddar Cheese and mix
- Use non stick cupcake liners or oil pan
- Put batter into cupcake tin
- Top with Parmesan and Parsley
- Bake at 400f for 8-10 mins
