- Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets (aprox. 1 Large Cauliflower Head cut into florets)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Butter (Optional Topping)
- 1 tsp Chives (Optional Topping)
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets
- Boil cauliflower in a pot with salted water for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the cauliflower from the pot and set aside. Cover the cauliflower keep warm.
- Drain the pot, heat the butter over medium high heat. Saute the garlic for about 1 minute.
- Blend cauliflower and garlic in a food processor on high setting until smooth.
- Put the mixture back into the pot and stir in the Parmesan cheese, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with your favorite topping
