  • 1 lb Shrimp Raw
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 2 Lemons
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2.  Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes 

  3. Slice Lemons thinly crosswise 

Cajun Seasoning Mix
  1. Combine Salt, Pepper, and Chili Powder in a small bowl. 

  1. In a medium bowl toss shrimp in olive oil Add Cajun Seasoning and continue tossing until coated evenly

  2. Thread onto Skewers

  3. Grill skewers until shrimp is opaque and lemon is charred for 4-5 minutes total flip half way through
