Looking to change up your weeks' meals? Check out this great idea to mix it up, made up of everything that is great of a cheeseburger but in a bowl. This tastes just like a Big Mac and is quick to make. This salad even has a burger sauce dressing that ties it all together.

Ingredients
 

For the Salad:

  • 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 dash Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped )
  • 1 Pickle (chopped)
  • 1 small Hass Avocado (cubed (from 1 small haas))
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (Shredded)

For the Dressing:

  • Cook the Ground beef and separate it into bite-size pieces.
  • Let the ground beef cool before making your salad
  • Combine Dressing ingredients and top the salad
