This is a High Fat Recipe for Use on the Ketogenic Diet.
While low carb and keto share alot of similarly aspects not all Keto food is healthy to eat on low carb diet.
- 2 Avocados
- 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1/4 Cup Erythritol
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- Place all Ingredients into a blender
- Blend until a Smooth Creamy consistency
- Fill Popsicle molds of your choice -- I Used These Popsicle Molds
- Place in freezer 4+ hours until frozen
