  • 6 Slices bacon (1 for each Pepper)
  • 6 Whole Jalapenos
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese


  • Partially cook the Bacon @ 350f for approx 10 mins, let cool then cut each bacon in half.
  • Cut Jalapenos in half, and remove seeds
  • Fill Jalapenos with Cream Cheese
  • Season with Salt and Pepper
  • Top with Shredded Cheese
  • Wrap with Bacon
  • Finish cooking @ 350f for 20 mins or until bacon is crispy
