How to easily roast and peel Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Poblano Pepper (about 4 peppers)
Instructions
Oven Broiler
- Set your oven to broil. Place the poblano pepper onto a baking sheet, bake until the skin is blackend and blistered turning occasionally.
Cooking Torch
- Place Poblano Pepper on a flame proof roasting sheet and hit it with your Blowtorch until the skin is blackened.
Grill
- Over a high Flame on your grill. Place the poblano on the grill and allow to blister.
Remove Skin
- After cooked let it sit in a covered container for a few minutes, after which the skin should slide right off.
Notes
All times stay the same regardless of how many peppers you cook at the same time
