  • 1 lbs Poblano Pepper (about 4 peppers)


Oven Broiler

  • Set your oven to broil. Place the poblano pepper onto a baking sheet, bake until the skin is blackend and blistered turning occasionally.

Cooking Torch

  • Place Poblano Pepper on a flame proof roasting sheet and hit it with your Blowtorch until the skin is blackened.


  • Over a high Flame on your grill. Place the poblano on the grill and allow to blister.

Remove Skin

  • After cooked let it sit in a covered container for a few minutes, after which the skin should slide right off.
