Quick and Easy Mayo that taste so good you may never buy it from the store again! Make in a Wide Mouth Mason Jar with Immersion Blender.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 Large Egg yolk
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Add the Egg, Lemon juice, mustard, salt, and 1/4 cup of the Avocado Oil into a Pint Mason Jar.

  2. Using Immersion Blender combine ingredients until creamy 

  3. Add 1/4 cup more oil Continue blending remaining mixture until combined. Adding too much oil at a time will cause the mayo to be thin and runny.

  4. Add remaining 1/2 cup Oil into mayo and continue to blend until it reaches desired thickness.

  5. The Mayo can remain in the fridge for 4 weeks.
