Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp Parsley – chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary – chopped
  • 1 Lemon – juiced
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 Lbs Chicken wings or thighs

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl add the Parsley, garlic powder, Rosemary, lemon juice and Avocado oil
  • mix.
  • Add your chicken wings or thighs, toss well.
  • Place on Cookie sheet
  • Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, turn and bake another 5 to 10 minutes, turn oven down to 350
