Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp Parsley – chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary – chopped
  • 1 Lemon – juiced
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 Lbs Chicken wings or thighs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl add the Parsley, garlic powder, Rosemary, lemon juice and Avocado oil

  2. mix.
  3. Add your chicken wings or thighs, toss well.
  4. Place on Cookie sheet
  5. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, turn and bake another 5 to 10 minutes, turn oven down to 350
