Simple Fathead dough pizza recipe

Fat Head Dough

  • 2 tbls Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour


  • ¼ cup Marinara ( *low carb)
  • ½ cup Sausage Meat
  • ½ cup Colby Jack Cheese


  • Combine the Cream Cheese and Mozzarella
  • Melt over Medium Heat either stove or microwave
  • Add the Egg and Coconut Flour Mix
  • Spread between 2 sheets of Parchment Paper
  • Bake @ 400f for 15 mins
  • Put toppings on Pizza
  • Continue Baking @ 400f until the cheese is melted
