Simple Fathead dough pizza recipe

Ingredients

Fat Head Dough

  • 2 tbls Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Marinara *low carb
  • 1/2 cup Sausage Meat
  • 1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the Cream Cheese and Mozzarella

  2. Melt over Medium Heat either stove or microwave

  3. Add the Egg and Coconut Flour Mix

  4. Spread between 2 sheets of Parchment Paper

  5. Bake @ 400f for 15 mins

  6. Put toppings on Pizza

  7. Continue Baking @ 400f until the cheese is melted
