Egg and Cheese Ham Cups

Servings 6 Servings
- 6 large Eggs
- 6 slices Ham
- 6 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Chives
- Preheat Oven to 400f
- Place Ham in cupcake tin pushing into bottom
- Add Egg then Season with Salt and Pepper to taste, and Top with a slice of cheese
- Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on how you want your yolk cooked
