  • 6 large Eggs
  • 6 slices Ham
  • 6 slices Cheddar Cheese


  • 1 tsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Chives


  • Preheat Oven to 400f
  • Place Ham in cupcake tin pushing into bottom 
  • Add Egg then Season with Salt and Pepper to taste, and Top with a slice of cheese
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on how you want your yolk cooked
