
Low Carb Cranberry Sauce
Simple and Easy Recipe to fill your cranberry cravings!
Ingredients
- 12 oz Cranberries
- 1 cup Low Carb Powdered Sweetener (I use Powdered Erythritol)
- ¾ cup Water
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Bring the Cranberries, Water, Powdered Sweetener and vanilla Extract to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce forms about 15 mins
- Don't forget to stir 🙂
Notes
Optional ** add orange zest or peels before boiling and top with fresh mint for looks 🙂
