  • 12 oz Cranberries
  • 1 cup Low Carb Powdered Sweetener (I use Powdered Erythritol)
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Bring the Cranberries, Water, Powdered Sweetener and vanilla Extract to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce forms about 15 mins
  • Don't forget to stir 🙂


Optional **  add orange zest or peels before boiling and top with fresh mint for looks 🙂
