Chicken Jalapeno Poppers

These chicken jalapeno poppers are a quick mid-week or meal prep recipe. I made these using some leftover rotisserie chicken from the night before. with only a handful of ingredients, you can easily toss together these jalapeno poppers with part of your meal prep chicken as well.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz Chicken (Shredded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 10 Jalapenos

Instructions
 

  • Cut the jalapenos in half length wise, remove seeds and membrain
  • Fill with cream cheese and top with the shredded chicken, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan on top.
  • Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes
