Chicken Jalapeno Poppers
These chicken jalapeno poppers are a quick mid-week or meal prep recipe. I made these using some leftover rotisserie chicken from the night before. with only a handful of ingredients, you can easily toss together these jalapeno poppers with part of your meal prep chicken as well.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Chicken (Shredded)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 10 Jalapenos
Instructions
- Cut the jalapenos in half length wise, remove seeds and membrain
- Fill with cream cheese and top with the shredded chicken, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesan on top.
- Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes
