  • 2 cups zucchini ((shredded))
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast (Large Flake)
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)


  • Shred and then lightly Salt Zucchini  Wait 5 Minutes
  • Remove as much moisture out of your zucchini as possible by wrapping in cheesecloth and squeezing
  • Combine all ingredients, gently mix 
  • Lightly oil baking sheet, Place approximately  tablespoon amount of mixture spread apart across baking sheet. 
  • Bake @ 425 between 12-16 minutes until golden brown
